Bin Butler is a small, family owned business dedicated to making your life easier.
A local sweaty startup, we take care of your trash and recycling needs by bringing your bins to the curb for pickup and then returning them afterward for residential and ensuring you never have to take out the trash again for multi-family.
We are deeply involved in the communities we serve.
We serve Residents of multi-family communities, residents of planned communities like Wendell Falls in NC and short-term rentals in Wilmington.
We take pride in providing reliable and convenient service so you can focus on what matters to you.
How it started
When our newborn came into our lives, we were over the moon, though utterly exhausted from the lack of sleep. Amid the haze of those early days, keeping track of trash pickup slipped our minds far too often. That was a nightmare we didn’t want to repeat. That frustration sparked a thought—how amazing would it be to offload even this one chore by automating it? From that sleepless epiphany, Bin Butler was born, a simple solution to ensure trash day never sneaks up on us again and trash never piles up again, no matter how tired we are.

At Bin Butler, we’re all about bringing our communities together while making trash day a breeze!
Join us for fun community outreach events like our Trash Can field day races, or our Treasure Hunt, with surprises for the whole family or join in on our Neighborhood Cleanup Party- invite you and our team to spruce up local spaces, building pride and connection.
Plus, we’re cheering on kids as we are currently seeking to sponsor a local youth soccer team. These events aren’t just about fun—they’re our way of saying thank you for trusting us to keep your curb tidy. Come out, meet us, and see why Bin Butler is your community’s go-to for hassle-free trash service!
We hire local young people and provide work experience and entrepreneurship mentorship.
